This guide explains how to access and read the Result Table, filter by game or date range, export your history for your records, and what to do if you spot a discrepancy. We also explain how our support team uses Result Table data to help with account recovery, withdrawal verification, and KYC document review during business hours.
What the Result Table shows
The Result Table is a detailed ledger of every game round you participate in on asiacuan. For each row, you see: game title (e.g., Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Mahjong Ways), wager amount, result (win or loss), payout amount (if applicable), timestamp, and session ID. The table sorts by most recent first, so your latest games appear at the top.
Unlike summary statistics that show only totals, the Result Table gives you granular visibility. You can click on any row to expand it and see additional metadata: the exact game variant (e.g., Pragmatic Play vs PG Soft version), the random seed if applicable, and a note on whether the session was part of a tournament or regular play. This level of detail is essential if you need to reference a specific spin for account recovery or compliance purposes.
Accessing and filtering your result history
To view your Result Table, log in to asiacuan and navigate to Account > Game History. The table loads immediately with your most recent 50 records visible. You can scroll down to load more sessions, or use the filter panel on the left to narrow results by:
- Game title (search by name, or select from a list of all games you've played)
- Date range (pick a start and end date; default is the past 7 days)
- Outcome (show wins only, losses only, or all results)
- Game provider (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, or all providers)
- Session type (tournament play, regular play, or both)
Filtering is instant—there is no page reload or delay. Once you apply a filter, the table updates to show only matching rows. You can combine multiple filters (e.g., "Mahjong Ways games played between 1 January and 15 January, wins only"). This granular control helps when you're looking for a specific session or reviewing patterns over time.
Exporting and downloading your records
You can export your Result Table as a CSV file for personal records or tax documentation. Click the "Download" button above the table, select your date range, and choose whether to include all columns or a simplified version with just game title, wager, and result. The file downloads immediately to your device.
CSV exports are useful if you handle your own accounting or need to share records with a third party (accountant, compliance officer, etc.). The export includes a timestamp for each row and a total-wager summary at the bottom of the file, making it easy to reconcile against payment records or KYC submission requirements.
Reading settlement and result details
Each result in the table shows final settlement status. A completed result displays the exact payout (0 for a loss, or the win amount for a winning spin). If a result is marked "Pending" (rare but can happen during high-traffic periods or network lag), it means the game outcome has rolled but settlement is still being calculated. You will see a notification in your account dashboard, and we typically confirm pending results within 30 seconds.
Click any row to expand and see the original bet slip—the exact game state, multiplier if applicable (for games like Aviator), and the precise instant the outcome was generated. This expanded view is valuable if you need to reference a specific game for account verification or if you have questions about how a payout was calculated.
Using Result Table for account recovery and support
If you contact asiacuan support regarding a transaction, withdrawal question, or account issue, our team will ask to see relevant Result Table entries. You can share specific rows (or entire exports) via the support ticket system, which helps us verify your claim, resolve disputes quickly, and ensure accurate KYC document handling. During holidays like Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi when support response times may extend, pre-exporting your Result Table saves time once our team is available.
For withdrawal requests, we cross-reference your Result Table against payment records to confirm all transactions. If there is a discrepancy—e.g., a game outcome that doesn't match the payout shown in your account—our compliance team investigates immediately using the detailed metadata stored in the Result Table. This transparency protects both you and asiacuan.
Result Table and KYC submission
When you submit KYC documents (ID, proof of address, bank statement), our team may request recent Result Table exports to verify the source of your funds and confirm account activity. asiacuan accepts Result Table CSVs as supporting documentation for account verification across all supported payment methods (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet).
Mobile and desktop access
Your Result Table is accessible from desktop, mobile browser, and Android app with no difference in functionality. The table is responsive and adapts to smaller screens—on mobile, columns narrow but remain readable, and you can still filter, expand rows, and export. The filter panel collapses into a single button on mobile to save space, and tapping it reveals all filter options.
Data accuracy and disputes
asiacuan generates Result Table entries in real-time from our game servers. The data is immutable once recorded—a result cannot be altered retroactively. If you believe a result is incorrect, contact our support team with the session ID and timestamp. We pull the original game log and confirm the outcome. In the rare event of a system error, we refund the affected amount immediately and add a note to your account record explaining the adjustment.
The Result Table is your authoritative record of all gameplay on asiacuan. It serves as both a transparency tool for your own review and a critical resource for our support team when handling account issues, withdrawal verification, and compliance inquiries. Check your Result Table regularly to stay informed of your activity and account history.
